The remodel of this place is such an amazing transformation. Very relaxing because they spa type music and really do great hand massages after service. They have the usual amount of color choices, maybe because they just opened there's not like million yet. I see Daisy & T because they're the best. But there's lots of ladies working. Highly recommend services here. Everyone who is new is very friendly.

The place is beautiful, the staff is very kind! You get to choose a bath bomb for your feet and an essential oil. They did a very good job, the only negative thing I have to say they took an hour longer than what they said. (Only matters because I have a baby at home) Still giving 5 stars because they did a great job.

I absolutely love Kitchen Nail Bar! New management has transformed the old salon that used to be a nail and hair salon into strictly a nail salon that is like walking into a tranquil spa! It is a treat that you give yourself away from the stresses of the day and the world, to come in and relax. Just breathe taking in the music, ambience and atmosphere. Kick back and relax as you are pampered like a queen! The staff is incredible and you have new staff and some old staff still at hand making for a fabulous experience! Highly recommend to any and everyone!

Very serene nail salon. Classical music, great decor, very personable staff and great menu choices for nails and pedicures. They were Meticulous with my nails as I am very particular. They give out chocolates, bottled water, put a bath bomb in my pedicure and offered me champagne as well! Very classy and about time we have a nail salon of this caliber in the Blossom Valley area.

Probably the nicest establishment in the area it's in, to be honest, and generally a very lovely nail salon. It's very clean and has a coffee shop aesthetic and atmosphere. If you do have to wait, it's not a bad place to sit! I came in on a Saturday morning on an appointment, just before it got too busy so we didn't have to wait too long. We were offered drinks and colors to pick out while we waited (they have a good selection, at least for gel polish). The owner (I think) obviously cares a lot about how comfortable and happy his customers are. Something I'm very anxious about when I get my nails done is how careful they are not to cut my skin because my hands get dry. I know that's a low bar but I've gone to a few salons in San Diego and SJ and I've been cut like three times in the last few months. But my nail tech was very careful and took his time, which was much appreciated; usually when a salon is busy they try to rush but that wasn't the case here. Tl;dr I'm glad I found a good place to get my nails done in the Bay and will be coming back :)

Just visited Kitchen Nail Bar with my daughter and mother. We all got pedicures and manicures. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming and they did an excellent job on all of us! Their color selection is somewhat limited, probably because they just opened-but they had all the colors we were looking for. My gel manicure turned out perfectly. I got the energize pedicure and it was exactly what I needed after moving this past week. Very extensive and left my feet and legs feeling brand new, and at a great price ($39 I think, but dont quote me). We will definitely be making this our regular nail spot!

Visited Kitchen Nail Bar for the first time yesterday. I had been to this location before they remodeled and was pleased to see how fancy it looks now. It's very nicely decorated and everything feels very new and shiny. Parking is super easy. This place might be a little hard to find because it's in a big complex and it's tucked in an alley, but the signage outside is good. Very easy to make an appointment online on Yelp but they also offer calling and texting. They actually texted me to remind me of my appointment which was useful. I had a very nice pedicure that included a lot of scrubbing and products, and my feet feel very smooth and shiny now. They don't have the largest color selection but there are a lot of options and the person who did my pedicure made sure that the color I picked wasn't too light by doing a base-coat of another color underneath, which I appreciated.

Today was my first time at this establishment, & I was very pleased with my experience! Even before coming in, the person over the phone was very kind & helpful while walking me through their services. He was also very welcoming once I did arrive at their actual front desk. I was offered tea, water or champagne, & immediately shown color options. All of their nail techs were with clients, but I was still able to start my 1PM appt. no later than 5-7 min. of being there. The place is clean, trendy, no strong chemical scent, and overall insta-worthy as far as aesthetics go. They have lots of colors available for regular, gel or dip...even though they've only been open for 3 weeks. Looking forward to more dip colors for my next visit! The services I chose were executed with cleanliness, expertise & mild conversation. Tara did an amazing job on my pedicure--she was gentle, but thorough. Kim did my mani & made me feel confident in choosing a new shape. I was very pleased with the end result of both, & I love that the dip color I chose had a color match for gel! Overall, I will be coming back!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I took my daughter here last night that absolutely treated her like a Princess. I found this via Yelp and they over delivered. We will be coming back here again . Thank you to everyone there.

My nails are very brittle and are notorious for chipping within a few days. Daisy did my nails a little over a week ago (shellac) and I'm shocked that none of my nails have chipped yet! I work in the dental field which is rough on my hands, and with my weak nails, it's impressive that they've lasted this long!

One of my bridesmaids brought me here to get my nails done for my wedding and I loved it! The place is really cute and clean. They served me rose champagne while I got my pedicure. The place smelled amazing and they had beautiful music playing. It had more of a spa like feel then a nail salon. I enjoyed my experience and loved my nails. I'll definitely be back.

Came in with my mom! Without appointment! It was a little busy so we had to wait for about 20 min(which was totally fine with us) after my mom and I both sat down together to get our a gel manis done! The lady's here are so sweet and funny! Maybe it was the champagne that was offered to us that mades giggle a bit but I loved my gel mani and color. My mom ended up getting acrylics which looked really good on her! I do want to mention my mom came in with an idea of getting a gel mani but ended up switching on the spot! They were supper helpful and understanding of her last minute decision. Overall, I loved these sweet and caring lady's! I definitely would come back again for a gel mani.

I came here for the first time this morning and wow, I'm so happy! I booked through Yelp yesterday and the owner was very responsive. I even got a text reminder about my booking (which I appreciate). I got a broken nail fixed and an acrylic fill done by Kim. Throughout my appointment she made sure that I was doing fine and that I liked the shape, size, etc of my nails. I felt like she really took her time with me and she did a great job. The salon is clean and the kitchen theme is super cute. After being disappointed by so many other salons, I'm very excited to have found this place!

Very nice place to visit. When you come in there is a small wait unless you have an appt but worth it! They have nice massaging chairs, the facility is very clean. The staff are very friendly and do an amazing job. The tools used are clean, and they even have a UV disinfection on the tools. Each station is wiped down with disinfection material. They offer completely drinks champagne, hot tea, water. Wide variety of services, and packages that help you save money. I will be returning when I come back and visit California!

Love this place! My new favorite spot to get my nails done, and the best part...? It's sooooo close to my house! I'm definitely returning :) Came in with my friend and we got gel manicures. The technicians and the gentleman at the register were all super nice and accommodating. They offered complimentary beverages, including champagne (so that's a huge plus). The atmosphere is very comfortable and modern. I loved the warm and bright lighting. The decor was super cute and kitchen themed -- never saw that before! We asked why they went with that idea and they explained that kitchens reminded them of family and it was fitting, considering this is a family business. So clever! They have a good selection of colors and the technicians are helpful and offer awesome advice for your nails. Conversation with them was natural as well and I felt really welcomed. Price is about $4 above the average ($29 for gel nails, most places I've been to charge about $25), but it's worth it for the ambiance and service! Overall, a beautiful, modern, and clean salon! Will be my go-to from now on.

Honestly it's such a nice salon the "kitchen" theme is so cute love it . The ladies were super nice and welcoming they offered you water , champagne or tea at the beginning and have essential oils of your choice at check in. It was my first time and it most certainly won't be my last I was able to get gel mani and pedi for $68 which I think it's very reasonable

This is my second visit to the Kitchen Nail Bar and the level is service is far better than some other salons i have been to in the past. I really appreciate the professionalism and cleanliness of the salon. The staff are respectful and give you their full attention during your service. I had a wedding to attend and was short on time. Tina was very professional and respectful of my time yet she didn't take any short cuts on my service. She checked on me a few times regarding my time and she kept me informed of the next steps so i was aware. She knew i was a bit stressed but she was so calm and knew exactly what to do to get me out in time. I enjoyed her service today. Thank you Tina.

I drove to South San Jose for a pedicure because I wanted to support a new business. I'm spoiled and would prefer to pay a little more or drive a little further for quality and service. We were in Santa Cruz and I needed some downtime. I don't have the kids from time to time so why not, right? I wear heels 6 days a week and I workout 6 days a week. Booking an appointment was easy. They're responsive online and I was able to confirm on the phone w/o a problem. I wanted the "REENERGIZE". I didn't care about the polish/paint. I just needed a massage and some relaxation for my poor feet. I don't drink (they have champagne) but they have tea and water. If they had Diet Cokes I would have opted for that, haha. My experience here was great. Sadly, I couldn't read for more than 5 minutes because I ended up having to whip my laptop out and work but I'm blessed to be able to do that. I don't do pedicures often but I should start paying attention to my feet.

My friend suggested The Kitchen Nail Bar as she had an amazing experience. I made my appointment via online and received friendly text reminders the day before and the day of which I appreciate. Upon arrival, I was impressed with the look and feel of the salon. It was quiet, nicely decorated, clean, and everyone was smiling. Andrew checked me in and I only sat down for a minute before Tina came and got me. She knew how to cut my toenails and fingernails as I have "issues". I appreciate her checking with me if I was okay and if I was happy with her work(nails are smooth like glass). Needles to say, Tina did an amazing job! I love my nails and wanted to take her home with me as her foot massage put me to sleep. And lastly, the entire staff is super nice!

My friend took me here while I was visiting from SF. She knows I haven't been able to find a new nail place since moving to SF so she took me here and I am just sorry they are so far from where I live. They really made sure my skin was taken care of, cuticles gone, etc and on top of all that my nails just look fabulous.

Love this place. My nail tech was Kim and she did an amazing job. Very detailed and took time to make sure my nails were the same and that I was happy with them. She was patient with me, unlike the other nail place I used to go to, where they'd say something in another language and were always rushing. Wonderful first time experience! My friend and I each got the "energize" pedicure and it was the most luxurious pedicure I've ever had. It lasted an hour with twenty minutes of massage. They use timers to make sure you get the full massage time (love that!). We picked our own bath bombs and essential oil scents and enjoyed a scrub, mask, hot towels and warm stones. There was great attention to detail in every aspect, including cleaning up my polish with a small paint brush. Gorgeous little spot with modern decor and a glass of bubbly. I will be back! My feet are singing after that indulgent pedicure.

Anh, the owner, quickly responded to my request to make an appointment over Yelp and my request to push the appointment back. There was a scheduling mix up once we got there but the management dealt with it very well and we were impressed. Excellent service and quality. We look forward to returning!

I was a little nervous about going in as I am not a huge fan of making appointments to get a mani/pedi. I walked in and was immediately greeted and helped out. Macy did a wonderful job on my pedicure and Mila told me dip powder would be best for my brittle nails. They look AMAZING. they also honored the 15% off through Yelp. I will definitely be coming back and telling my friends to go too! If you love being around a soft aesthetic you'll love coming here. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

This place is seriously amazing from the beginning of my experience to the end. We were immediately greeted upon entry and sat down since we had appointments. My friend had Macy and I had Hailey. We had pedicures and manicures set. During the pedicure, the chairs massaged our backs and the workers massaged our legs and feet. They used top notch products on our feet leaving them smelling so good and soft. They gave us these neck pillows that smelled so divine! We were also served rosè during our pedicure. After they did our manicures, they massaged our hands. The nail art was absolutely beautiful! I can't say enough good things about this place but I will definitely come back every month! I'm in love!

I would highly recommend you come and get your nails done here. Their salon is absolutely amazing, modern, and Relaxing. It is a small area but I personally love it the space compared to other nail salons where it's big and there's a lot of noise. I got a pedicure and manicure. I booked this appointment and wanted to get my acrylic nails removed. Macy was super gentle in taking them off and if I wasn't happy with something she would correct it immediately. I will definitely be coming back to this salon. The price is affordable as well. The other things I loved about this salon was that when I called early in the morning no one answered but Andrew quickly returned my phone call and helped me in booking it, lastly they send you text messages about your appointment which is very courteous on their end to make sure we don't forget our appointment time.

I have been seeing T, Helen and Daisy for over 10 years at this location. I'm so thrilled that they remodeled ... it is truly one of the most beautiful nail salons I've ever been in. On top of that I know from experience that the service is efficient and thorough, and the girls are friendly and really care about giving you a relaxing experience. T is literally the only person that I have wax my eyebrows out of all the millions of places I could go. She does an excellent job and has a lot of dedicated clients across all services. This place doesn't feel arrogant like some of the popular nail salons in the area. Everyone is super friendly and the vibe is so chill and relaxing. It doesn't feel like that hectic hustle and bustle that you get at other places. Go here for a real treat - from the ambience to the relaxing music to the glass of champagne, a piece of chocolate and a wonderful nail service from the nicest people!

My mom sent me to look for a nail salon, and I'm glad she let me pick because it was a great first experience. We will definitely be returning. I called and the lady working the desk was very polite. Set up my appt, ended up having to reschedule and they were still very accomodating. It seems a little small, but I prefer it that way. Sometimes the bigger salons tend to get so crowded and I feel the work gets rushed. When we arrived we were greeted right away, we were offered drinks. We did not have to wait long at all, we had an appointment but it was not busy so it wasn't one of those situations where they're running behind. The salon was very clean. And all the staff were very friendly. We just wanted a Neat Feet Pedicure. Was very nice, next time we will try a different pedicure that they offer. Kim was very nice & gentle. I didnt feel concerned that I had to keep telling her anything. My mom had hers done by Daisy, and my mom was very content. We didnt get the name of the other tech, she worked on my sister. And she enjoyed it just as much as her first pedicure ever. We cannot wait to return :)

The nail salon I usually go to didn't pick up the phone and that led me to look on yelp to find another salon to get a gel manicure and pedicure. I saw Kitchen Nail Bar was highly rated and hadn't seen them on yelp before. I decided to call and the gentleman on the phone was very polite and I was able to get an appointment. The salon is beautiful, clean and the overall ambiance is very inviting. You sign in on the ipad when you show up for your appointment and I didn't wait long at all. Mylie, the sweet auntie she is, helped me get settled for my pedicure. She is very personable and we bonded over the Golden State Warriors. They offered me some bubbly and I could not resist. I spoke to the owner briefly and she spoke about how they came up with the kitchen concept and she told me how people come to their kitchen to be happy and be around family. What a great way to implement that into the salon. Terra did my gel manicure and she was great. She took her time and from the moment I walked in, I never felt rushed or a burden, sometimes you feel that way at other salons. Would totally recommend! Friendly staff, beautiful salon and the BUBBLY!

This place is so nice! Very calm and relaxing.. very clean and the people here are super nice! I did a pedi which was great! They serve you champagne! I never tried dip before, so I found this place. I think they did a good job. Kim was the one who did my mani and pedi. She did a great job. It felt relaxing when they put the heating pad and towels on my legs and behind my neck. I will be coming back and will and have recommend this place to others.

The staff were lovely, the prices are fair, and the environment is delightful. We did the the Combo Mani-pedi and it was an excellent experience. They offered complimentary champagne, water, or tea, which really added to the relaxation.

I have been to COUNTLESS nails salons in my life and from the moment I opened the door to the time of my departure, my experience with Kitchen Nail Bar was spectacular. Everyone is friendly, helpful and the prices are really reasonable! I had Mila do my pedicure and she was thorough and very gentle. Excellent job. Now, as for my full set manicure, I was WOWED by Ben. I have never had a full set done so quickly yet perfectly! I mean, SO FAST and SO GOOD. Truth be told, when he said he was done, I thought I'd end up finding mistakes left and right. NOPE! I've had my nails done at other locations and they took 4 times the amount of time and I was still dissatisfied. Ben truly showed me that it IS possible to be quick, efficient and still do a tremendous job! I'm so grateful to have found this place. GO HERE TO GET ALL YOUR MANICURES & PEDICURES. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

This is a true hidden gem in South San Jose! The customer service was so great from start to finish. My friend and I decided to do the Luxe Pedicure package and felt so relaxed and pampered. Our nails looked perfect too. We will definitely be back!

Kitchen Nail Bar was clean and really cute. Love the decorations and little touches like pillows on the chairs that make for a more comfortable experience. They offer a complimentary drink of water, hot tea, or rose and it's not uncomfortable asking if they forget to offer because they have a sign at the front desk! I made the appointment for 1:30pm for my friend and I but they ended up staggering us. My friend started at 1:30 and I started around 2 which meant we finished at different times. I appreciated that they still let us sit together and talk even after my friend's technician had finished. They were very thorough and accommodating. I usually get the almond shape for my gel manicures but the technician mentioned that my nails seemed a little too short for that and suggested I go the square nail route. I appreciated the honest advice! Usually I get 3 layers to get an even coat for white polish, but she was able to get it nice and clean in 2 (which I prefer so that it's less thick). At $29 and a $5 tip, it definitely comes out to the most expensive gel manicure I've gotten. I usually pay around $20-25 before tip at other places. Because of this I'll probably only come to Kitchen Nail Bar once in awhile when I want to splurge! Would love if they had a rewards program of some sort!

Great experience! First time coming to this salon today. Very clean, super cute decor, and very friendly staff. I scheduled online the night before and got 2 text message reminders which was great. I had the Posh & Lush Manicure with an Add-on Gel service. My nail tech, Mila, was incredibly friendly, very attentive and thorough with my nails. The service itself was to die for! Your nails are soaked, cleaned, trimmed, polished, and painted and afterwards you get a 15 minute massage of hands, arms, shoulders, and neck with lotion, oil, and hot stones. Your neck is wrapped in a warm herbal wrap while your hands and arms are polished with a yummy smelling sugar scrub then topped with a mask and finally wrapped in a warm towel while paraffin wax softens your hands. So relaxing! Can't wait to return to try their pedicures if their manicures are this epic. Thanks Mila and Kitchen Nail Bar for an amazing nail experience

I booked an appointment with Kim for a mani and pedi for my mom. For some reason, she had different people provide the services for her, and she had to wait in between her manicure and pedicure to be attended to but she said that everyone was great nonetheless. Ok, I have been to this location twice. I observed AMAZING customer services today with a customer there who was not happy with the color on her nails. Some people are hard to please; that's life, this team jumped in as a team with options of another color and additional coats on nail polish to try and satisfy that customer. I was an on looker and EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH DAISY who also joined to help. Daisy is amazing! She is very detailed with her craft. I find her service to be profressional yet engaging to establish a rapport with her clients. Please do not take up all her appointments from me but keep her booked and busy because I waited 2.5hrs for an appointment with her. I always leave feeling brand new after my Daisy Session at The Kitchen!.

My new place! I came here because of the yelp reviews and it's so close to me! The service was fast and the ladies are very talented, they have a wide range of colors and it's very cozy inside. The only thing is you have to ask for the rose, which I'll do next time. But I'm excited to make this my new nail spa and can't wait to go in for a pedi next time!
